Where is your product being made?

We design and make our own products. We hand-paint using non toxic paint and varnish to ensure your children safety. That's why our products are 100% made in Hong Kong. 

What is the proper age to play your puzzle?

Our puzzles are great for 1-5 year old kids. From early age of 1, starting to recognize shapes and colors, to age 2-3, start telling and spelling their names, and to age 4-5, learning specific topic of knowledge (i.e. solar system). They can also be a very meaningful display decoration with their names on it. 

Is the puzzle safe for my children?

Yes, we use non toxic water base paint and eco friendly material. We encourage you to spend time with your children that allow you to witness their learning journey from early age. Be careful and not to leave your children unattended while they are playing the puzzle and to ensure all parts of the puzzle are kept safe when it is not in use. 

How long does it take for production?

As our products are all customized, 7-10 days of production time is required before dispatching (weekend and public holiday excluded).

Can I have my order quicker?

We do everything possible to send it faster. If you need your order urgently, please contact us within 6 hours after placing an order, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Where do I put my personalized details when placing an order through your website?

After you added the products to the shopping cart, simply click inside the cart page, you will be able to find a typing box of "Special instructions for seller" under the products. If your order contains more than 1 product, please put the product names as well followed by your personalized details. 

Can I refund or cancel my order?

Due to the nature of customization, cancellation and refund are not applied. However, you can change, or upgrade your order by contacting us at info@one-more-gift.com within 1 hour after order is placed. 

How do I change or modify my order?

We want to get your order out as soon as possible, so in order to do this, it starts processing right away. If something is incorrect on your order or you need to modify it, please contact us at info@one-more-gift.com within 1 hour of place the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. However, we are unable to guarantee any changes can be made after this time frame.

If you found a defect on the product? 

We will ensure the quality before sending out the product to you. However, if you find an unacceptable defect on your product, we are happy to do the checking for you. Please be reminded that we do not cover the postage for returning.

Do you provide free delivery?

We provide free delivery by S.F. Express on spending HK$800 or above (Hong Kong & Macau). The delivery fee will be waived when you process the checkout. Alternatively, delivery charge of HK$30 (S.F. Express cost) will be included during your checkout process.

I want to send a gift to my friend, can I pay for the delivery charge?

In consideration of gifting our products to your beloved family and friends, delivery charge can be prepaid together when you place an order. The delivery charge is at the cost based on dimension and weight charged by S.F. Express. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas. We usually use Hong Kong Speed Post service for sending overseas. Please check with us prior placing your order for the shipping fee to your designated destination. However, if you have your desired international courier provider, please let us know and we can also check for you.

What will happen if unsuccessful delivery happened?

If the parcel is needed for a re-delivery in the event of being rejected due to incorrect information provided by the buyers or no-one is available to answer the delivery, the buyers are responsible for extra delivery charges.
